HOLIDAY CAR HIRE

We recommend Holiday Car Hire because they have simply been little or no trouble for ourselves, our friends and relatives over the years. They are based at Malaga Airport but have a local agent Vibeke Schmitt who has an office very close to the Torre, on the balcony level parade above the Taj MahalRestaurant, which is down the hill passed La Caixa bank towards the post Office.

Holiday Car Hire are competitive but no hidden charges. You simply return the vehicle with the same amount of petrol that was in it when you picked it up. They are very close to the Arrivals Terminal at Malaga Airport. When you arrive at Malaga Airport and have pre-booked a car, you simply give them a call and they come immediately to pick you up. 

With all car hire companies, whoever you book with, you should always properly check their damage record before you leave. 

The advantage of booking through Vibeke's is that, once you have arranged a car though her the first time and she has your personal and driving licence details, you can arrange to complete all the paperwork at Vibeke's office the next day.  A real advantage for those arriving late in the day or who simply wish to avoid any wait. You can simply arrive and take the car.
